Would have liked the opening sequence with it. I challenge you Square-Enix: a remake of the 6th final fantasy as great as this one! Chicken!

This game is easily my favourite Final Fantasy (short of VII and IX, but I dont see those coming to the iPhone/iPad anytime soon). The story is good and the graphics and overall gameplay are top notch. I cant think of anything reasonably that is wrong with this game. Its really worth it and I think the price is actually pretty reasonable.

If you check review to see its worth purchasing it or not. I guarantee for you here that it is. I considered to buy it since a few months and I cant wait any longer. The app works great and never crash once. Its awesome and perfect in everything. You can choose The screen can also adjust to be widescreen for iPhone 5 and you can change colour theme too.

If you like final fantasy or want to get into it, this is the game for you . Solid re-make

Well, first off I like to say that this is absolutely immaculate. FinalFantasy 4 Was the first Final Fantasy game in the series I played. Ever since then, Ive been hooked on it. This is basically a representation of how I felt when I first played the game complete with voice acting and additional side quests. if anyones hesitant on buying ... please note: I AM A DIE HARD FAN. This is the quintessential rpg that made me appreciate the beautiful music nobou umatseau composed. This game Pays homage to the original while maintaining a fresh feel even though I have played every remake of this game. Also the added difficulty level is awesome. Get this game!

Seriously its 2013, most of us with iPhones have iPads. Wheres the iCloud feature. I hate that I have to always play on my iPad, when sometimes is love to just take my iPhone and play a little. Really really not cool for the price... Because this game is easily the best port of a FF game to iOS.

playing on a iphone 5 is very nice, thank you! a bit expensive for a game I played so many time when I was young! Please make all your other games (Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, the other FF) iPhone 5 ready (in full screen!) and Im buying them all!!

Its like the original FFIV with Zelda ocarina of time graphics! Battery life is already paying the price from all the play!

The good: controls are easy to pick up, voice acting is great! The bad: Choppy animations (see fade ins and outs, battle scenes), low quality textures (you may think it doesnt matter but in the long run, it does) Could be better: storyline, music (compare to battle/world map music to FFIII, FFIV, FFIX), lack of CGI included in FFV: the complete collection, more facial expressions for characters (its incredibly off putting having a character yell "I HATE you" in rage or pain, then having them turn around with a smile on his/her face), the pretty isometric perspective actually makes it hard to see all the elements on the screen at times, making you spend more time exploring a cave, or a building than you would if you were using bird view, battle animations: its very weird having your character appear like a superdeformed anime character in battles, when your enemy is a normal human with the right proportions (imagine a Cloud that stays in "child" form even during battles).

This is the best game I ever bought on the App Store, also I highly recommend this game to RPG game fans(Worth every single penny).

Really worth the purchase. Ive played this game so many times before when I was young, this remake adds a fresh twist to one of my favourite games of all time. Heres hoping they do the same with FF6

iPhone 4 crashes during some battles... Disappointing.

Not sure, but when i used to play this on the snes, I dont remember gaining Gil to be so slow as in this version yaaaaawn!!!

The game is good, but for $17 the least they could do is let you trade saves between devices. Also, its obvious that the iPhone 5 version is just stretched. Properly supporting the iPhone 5 would earn another star. This and FFIII are the best iOS ports of Final Fantasy titles. If you can only afford one, get this one. UPDATE 1.2.0: Changes nothing. Still a great game, still a featureless port.

I just beat Golbez and saved and my iPod died when I went to open it up again it crashed. I tried again and again but it wont open

Ok so you have iCloud save in FF Tactics... now please put it in FFD and FFIV Please add this important feature to all your universal titles! These games take a long time to play. We pay a premium price and expect those details covered. Otherwise this game is a timeless classic and definitely worth getting.
